CONSULTATION AND ASSESSMENT
This is the starting point of any project, whether you plan to do the work yourself or employ me to do the work for you. I will listen to your concerns and carry out a ‘walkthrough’ of your property, taking photographs and highlighting any problem areas, offering practical, low cost solutions. All projects are unique, some can be completed in one day, others of course, take longer.The information gathered at consultation will be critical in order for me to provide you with the best possible service

CONSULTATION WITH WRITTEN REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS
After consultation a full report will be sent out to you within 48 hours outlining areas of concern with recommendations, ideas and solutions which can then be implemented by yourself or by Home tlc, whichever you prefer

DE CLUTTER AND ORGANISE
After a telephone conversation concentrating on your areas of concern I will give a quote plus an approximate timescale for this service. One room can generally take between 2 - 6 hours. Ultimately I will be there to give guidance, support and practical help to solve your clutter problem. I would ask that clients always be present through the declutter and organise process. These are afterall, your possessions. Many people find this process liberating and de stressing. I would especially recommend this service if there is a room in your home you are unable to use

BESPOKE INTERIOR STYLING SERVICE
Can be charged on a per room basis. A popular choice for those who only want to change certain rooms in the house. This service includes a 2 hour de clutter and restyle session. But does not include redecoration or refurbishment

RESTYLE AND REDESIGN SERVICE
For those wishing more than one area of the home to be restyled/redesigned including redecoration and refurbishment.
Fees range and are on a per day basis. Hours of working day 9 am - 5 pm. Approximate timescale and work to be carried out will be discussed and agreed before commencement.

PROPERTY STAGING
Fees range and are on a per day basis, dependent upon square footage, work to be carried out, rooms to be staged and time span of the project. However, I will endeavour to take into consideration your budget and taylor my services to accommodate that budget wherever it allows.
When accessories are not available from the homeowner or additional items needed, I will source and shop for those required accents with a pre determined budget.

50% of all fees payable in advance and the balance payable upon day of completion. Methods of payment include cash, cheque with supporting credit/debit card or bank transfer (bank details given on request and with the invoice).
Home tlc will not carry out any major cleaning work, DIY or painting and decorating unless discussed and agreed beforehand
Home tlc will not dispose of any rubbish or household goods unless discussed and agreed beforehand
